POSTPONED – Traralgon Marathon and Running Festival.

Members, Friends, Past Participants and Fellow Runners

In consideration of Federal and State Government directives and advice from the CMO in regards to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Traralgon Harriers have decided to postpone the 53rd running of the Traralgon Marathon originally planned for Sunday June 14th 2020 until a future date.

Currently we have not determined when we will hold the event this year and as a committee we are planning to wait until we have a little more clarity around the hosting of events. With this in mind, once we are able to communicate a date we will do so by our websites and Facebook page.

The current situation is obviously unprecedented and is impacting all areas of our lives but we feel this decision is the responsible one to make for the health and wellbeing of all our members, participants, volunteers and the public.

The physical and mental health of our members and runners alike is of prime concern, along with the welfare of the community. And we have faith that we will be running this event in the not too distant future.
