The fastest outright males were spearheaded, yet again by Glenn Graham (19:42) with wingman Biasi Silvestro (20:12) not far behind in second place. Returning to form was Bryan Cake (22:41) who was the third quickest male on the night.

Tonight’s run (Thursday 20th) is the Independent Way 6km course, starting on the Corner of Grubb Ave and Cross’s Road Traralgon, with Intermediate 3.5km and Junior 1.2km options. Visit for additional information and upcoming events.
